Jermaine Williams (Jermaine Mequell Williams) was born on August 14, 1973 in Greenville, North Carolina. After going to high school at J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC), Williams attended Butler County CC and the University of Houston. Williams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Oakland Raiders. He played for the Oakland Raiders and Jacksonville Jaguars over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1999 was Jermaine Williams's best year.
