Jeremy Thornburg (Jeremy Thornburg) was born on May 7, 1982 in Cathedral City, California. After going to high school at Cathedral City (CA), Thornburg attended Northern Arizona University. Thornburg made his professional debut in the NFL in 2005 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 1 year career.
