Best arm in the system, suspended first 50 games of 2007 for failing his third drug test, sent to Instructional League where he promptly failed another test, his fourth since he signed. Legitimate triple digit fastball and plus curve for someone so young. A former high school basketball star has a lean, athletic body with good mechanics. Indications are the Brewers will add a team suspension to the league imposed fifty games so when Jeffress hits the field is anyone's guess.
