Jeff Wiska (Jeffrey Rolland Wiska) was born on October 17, 1959 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at Catholic Central (Detroit, MI), Wiska attended Michigan State University. Wiska made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Miami Dolphins and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 2 year career.
