Jeff Tootle (Jeffrey Edward Tootle) was born on August 29, 1962 in Salina, Kansas. Tootle attended Mesa State College. Tootle made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
