Jeff Sparks

Born on April 4, 1972 in Houston, Texas, Jeff Sparks (James Jeffrey Sparks) played for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays for his entire 2 year career. Sparks broke into the bigs on September 12, 1999 with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
