Jeff Simmons (Jeffery Thomas Simmons) was born on July 6, 1960 in Stockton, California. After going to high school at Edison (Stockton, CA), Simmons attended the University of Southern California. Simmons made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams for his entire 1 year career.
