Born on July 3, 1955 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Jeff Rineer (Jeffrey Alan Rineer) played for the Baltimore Orioles for his entire 1 year career. Rineer broke into the bigs on September 30, 1979 with the Baltimore Orioles.
