Born on June 7, 1969 in Poughkeepsie, New York, Jeff Pierce (Jeffrey Charles Pierce) played for the Boston Red Sox for his entire 1 year career. Pierce broke into the bigs on April 26, 1995 with the Boston Red Sox.
