Born on February 12, 1966 in Antioch, California, Jeff Pico (Jeffrey Mark Pico) played for the Chicago Cubs for his entire 3 year career. Pico broke into the bigs on May 31, 1988 with the Chicago Cubs, and put up a 4.15 ERA in 112.2 innings pitched in 1988, his rookie year.
