Jeff Oliver (Jeffrey Peter Oliver) was born on July 28, 1965 in Delhi, New York. After going to high school at Delaware Academy (Delhi, NY), Oliver attended Boston College. Oliver made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
