Jeff Mills (Jeff Jonathan Mills) was born on October 8, 1968 in Montclair, New Jersey. After going to high school at Montclair (NJ), Mills attended the University of Nebraska. Mills made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the Denver Broncos and San Diego Chargers over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1991 was Jeff Mills's best year.
