Jeff Lageman (Jeffrey David Lageman) was born on July 18, 1967 in Fairfax, Virginia. After going to high school at Park View (Sterling, VA), Lageman attended the University of Virginia. Lageman made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets and Jacksonville Jaguars over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that 1991 was Jeff Lageman's best year, as he recorded 10 sacks.
