Jeff Kelly (Jeff Kelly, Jr.) was born on December 13, 1975 in La Grange, Texas. After going to high school at La Grange (TX), Kelly attended Garden City Community College, Kansas State University and Stephen F. Austin State University. Kelly made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1999 was Jeff Kelly's best year.
