Week 1, started at FB in win over Hamilton…Week 2, started at FB vs Winnipeg…Week 3, started at FB vs B.C…Week 4, started at FB vs Winnipeg…Week 5, dressed as backup RB and ST player but entered the game as the primary tailback after an injury to Ricky Williams…rushed for 34 yards, including a six-yard game-winning TD…Week 6, made first start of the year at tailback and scored the team’s only touchdown on a 4-yard run…Week 7, missed first game due to injury (quad) of his career at Montreal (03/08/06)…Week 8, returned to lineup, starting at SB/RB in win over Hamilton…Week 9, started at FB and saw time at RB in win over Montreal…Week 10, started at FB in win over Winnipeg…Week 11, started at RB and led the club in both rushing and receiving with 108 all-purpose yards and one touchdown…Week 12, started at RB in win over Hamilton…Week 13, started at FB in Calgary…Week 14, started at FB in win over Calgary…Week 15, dressed as backup RB/FB and played ST in win over Edmonton…Week 16, dressed as backup RB and played ST in win over Edmonton…Week 17, dressed as backup RB and entered game occasionally at FB vs Saskatchewan…Week 18, as backup RB and entered game occasionally at FB vs Montreal.

He also experienced the longest pass reception of his career at 59-yards in win at Montreal…Week 17, started at RB and recorded a single game career-high 197 all-purpose yards and 2 touchdowns (27/10/05). Earned CFL Offensive Player of the Week honours for the first time in his career…Week 18, started at RB and continued his spectacular play averaging almost 6 yards per carry in final regular season game at Ottawa…2005 Playoffs Made first career playoff start (20/11/05) in East Championship versus Montreal.

Dressed in both pre-season games vs Hamilton...Dressed for all 18 regular season games as backup RB behind John Avery (except in Week 20 when he played behind Brian 'Skip' Hicks).

Played in both of Toronto's pre-season victories over Hamilton...dressed for 18 regular season games...dressed mainly as a back up at RB and played on special teams, except in weeks 17 & 18 when he started at FB.

2002:

Played in 18 regular-season games in his first season with the Double Blue after signing as a free-agent.

In his second campaign with the Tiger-Cats, played in all 18 games, starting four of them.

2000:

Signed as a free-agent with Hamilton on June 12 after an illustrious college career at York University...as a rookie, played in all 18 games during the regular season...in the Tiger-Cats 33-26 season opening loss to B.C., his first game as a pro, he returned a kickoff 28 yards.

Totaled 553 carries for 3,365 yards with 18 touchdowns rushing, 37 pass receptions for 436 yards with two touchdowns, 28 kickoff returns for 776 yards and one touchdown during his four-year York University career...was named the CIAU's outstanding rookie in 1996...also was an Ontario University Athletics First-Team All-Star in 1996, 1997 and 1999 and a CIAU Second-Team All-Canadian in 1997 and 1999...in his final year at York, had 173 carries for 977 yards with five touchdowns rushing, to go with 11 catches for 133 yards and one touchdown added 196 yards on 11 kickoff returns.

Personal:

A Kinesiology major in college, Jeff works as a personal trainer in the off-season at the Mississauga Club Fitness Institute. His favourite film is Lord of the Rings and his favourite book is Into Thin Air. Jeff is a regular player on the Argos' charity Frozen Boatmen hockey team. He hopes to eventually open his own fitness club.
