Jeff Hart (Jeffery Allen Hart) was born on September 10, 1953 in Portland, Oregon. After going to high school at South (Salem, OR), Hart attended Oregon State University. Hart made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the Baltimore Colts, New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1975 was Jeff Hart's best year.
