Born on August 17, 1963 in West Palm Beach, Florida, Jeff Fischer (Jeffrey Thomas Fischer) played for the Montreal Expos and Los Angeles Dodgers over the course of his 2 year career. Fischer broke into the bigs on June 19, 1987 with the Montreal Expos.
