Jeff Fields (Jeff Fields) was born on July 3, 1967 in Jackson, Mississippi. After going to high school at Jim Hill (Jackson, MS), Fields attended Arkansas State University and Hinds Community College. Fields made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Carolina Panthers. He played for the Carolina Panthers for his entire 1 year career.
