Jeff Brohm (Jeffrey Scott Brohm) was born on April 24, 1971 in Louisville, Kentucky. After going to high school at Trinity (Louisville, KY), Brohm attended the University of Louisville. Brohm made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1996 was Jeff Brohm's best year.
