Jeff Brockhaus (Jeff Jerome Brockhaus) was born on April 15, 1959 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After going to high school at Brentwood (MO), Brockhaus attended the University of Missouri. Brockhaus made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 1 year career.
