Jeff Bregel (Jeffery Bryan Bregel) was born on May 1, 1964 in Redondo Beach, California. After going to high school at John F. Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA), Bregel attended the University of Southern California. Bregel made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 3 year career.
