Jeff Bleamer (Jeffrey Harrison Bleamer) was born on June 22, 1953 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Louis E. Dieruff (Allentown, PA), Bleamer attended Pennsylvania State University. Bleamer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Jets over the course of his 3 year career.
