Jeff Blake (Jeff Bertrand Coleman Blake) was born on December 4, 1970 in Daytona Beach, Florida. After going to high school at Seminole (Sanford, FL), Blake attended East Carolina University. Blake made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the New York Jets. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals, New Orleans Saints, Chicago Bears, Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Ravens, New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals over the course of his 13 year career.
Most people believe that 1995 was Jeff Blake's best year, as he threw for 3822 yards and tossed 28 TDs.
