Jay Williams (Jay Omar Williams) was born on October 13, 1971 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at St. John's (Washington, DC), Williams attended Wake Forest University. Williams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the St. Louis Rams. He played for the St. Louis Rams, Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was Jay Williams's best year, as he recorded 6 sacks.
