Jay Walker (Jewell Jay Walker) was born on January 24, 1972 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at University (Los Angeles, CA), Walker attended Howard University. Walker made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1996 was Jay Walker's best year.
