Born on July 5, 1976 in West Covina, California, Jay Spurgeon (Jay Aaron Spurgeon) played for the Baltimore Orioles for his entire 1 year career. Spurgeon broke into the bigs on August 15, 2000 with the Baltimore Orioles.
