Jay Repko (Jay Kevin Repko) was born on June 12, 1958 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Boyertown (PA), Repko attended the University of Pennsylvania and Ursinus College. Repko made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
