Born on June 21, 1957 in Mount Clemens, Michigan, Jay Pettibone (Harry Jonathan Pettibone) played for the Minnesota Twins for his entire 1 year career. Pettibone broke into the bigs on September 11, 1983 with the Minnesota Twins.
