Jay Pennison (Jay Leslie Pennison) was born on September 9, 1961 in Houma, Louisiana. After going to high school at South Terrebonne (Houma, LA), Pennison attended Nicholls State University. Pennison made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 5 year career.
