Biography
Jay Foreman (Jamal A. Foreman) was born on February 18, 1976 in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. After going to high school at Eden Prairie (MN), Foreman attended the University of Nebraska. Foreman made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Buffalo Bills. He has played for the Buffalo Bills, Houston Texans, San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 2003 was Jay Foreman's best year.
