Biography
Jay Feely (Thomas Feeley) was born on May 23, 1976 in Odessa, Florida. After going to high school at Jesuit (Tampa, FL), Feely attended the University of Michigan. Feely made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the Atlanta Falcons. He has played for the Atlanta Falcons and New York Giants over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 2002 was Jay Feely's best year, as he made 32 field goals.
