Born on June 29, 1973 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jason Rakers (Jason Paul Rakers) played for the Cleveland Indians and Kansas City Royals over the course of his 3 year career. Rakers broke into the bigs on May 6, 1998 with the Cleveland Indians.
