Born on July 17, 1978 in Dallas, Texas, Jason Jennings (Jason Ryan Jennings) played for the Colorado Rockies for his entire 6 year career. Jennings broke into the bigs on August 23, 2001 with the Colorado Rockies, and put up a 4.52 ERA in 185.1 innings pitched in 2002, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Jason Jennings's best season was 2002, when he posted a 4.52 ERA, won 16 games and struck out 127 batters.
