Jason Belser (Jason Daks Belser) was born on May 28, 1970 in Kansas City, Missouri. After going to high school at South (Raytown, MO), Belser attended the University of Oklahoma. Belser made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 11 year career.

Most people believe that 1996 was Jason Belser's best year, as he picked off 4 passes and ran back 2 interceptions for touchdowns.
