Jason Baker (Jason M. Baker) was born on May 17, 1978 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After going to high school at Wayne (Fort Wayne, IN), Baker attended the University of Iowa. Baker made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the San Francisco 49ers. He has played for the Carolina Panthers, Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 2006 was Jason Baker's best year, as he dropped 31 punts inside the 20 and had a 45.7 yard punt average.
