Born on December 29, 1975 in Anaheim, California, Jaret Wright (Jaret Samuel Wright) played for the Cleveland Indians, San Diego Padres, Atlanta Braves and New York Yankees over the course of his 10 year career. Wright broke into the bigs on June 24, 1997 with the Cleveland Indians, and put up a 4.38 ERA in 90.1 innings pitched in 1997, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Jaret Wright's best season was 2004, when he posted a 3.28 ERA, won 15 games and struck out 159 batters.
