Jared Jeffries a Knick

The Knicks $30 million dollar offer will not be matched by Washington, meaning Jared Jeffries will play for Isiah Thomas next year.

Another defensive signing, like the draft picks. The problem is, Thomas said he wanted the Knicks to run and gun like the Suns. These moves wouldn't correspond to that.

Hopefully, Thomas is bluffing. Otherwise, he's halfway out the door.

A player that's average on defense, isn't a good rebounder, no outside jumper, and can't create his own shot for $30 million? Sounds about right for the Knicks.

How are the Knicks adding more players? Aren't they, like, $300 million over the cap. But in truth, Jeffries was pretty good against Cleveland in the playoffs this year. Or, he was the only guy on the Wiz other than Arenas who could hit a bucket during long stretches. Either is worth something.
