Jamie Holland (Jamie Lorenza Holland) was born on February 1, 1964 in Raleigh, North Carolina. After going to high school at Rolesville (Wake Forest, NC), Holland attended Butler County CC and Ohio State University. Holland made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers, Los Angeles Raiders and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1988 was Jamie Holland's best year, as he hauled in 39 receptions, had 536 receiving yards, had 810 kick return yards and ran back a kickoff for a touchdown.
