Born on February 17, 1953 in Houston, Texas, Jamie Easterly (James Morris Easterly) played for the Atlanta Braves, Milwaukee Brewers and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 13 year career. Easterly broke into the bigs on April 6, 1974 with the Atlanta Braves, and put up a 4.98 ERA in 68.2 innings pitched in 1975, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Jamie Easterly's best season was 1983, when he posted a 3.67 ERA.
