James Parrish (James Herbert Parrish) was born on May 19, 1968 in Baltimore, Maryland. After going to high school at Dundalk (Baltimore, MD), Parrish attended Temple University. Parrish made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
