James Milling (James Thomas Milling) was born on February 14, 1965 in Winnsboro, North Carolina. After going to high school at Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD), Milling attended the University of Maryland. Milling made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1990 was James Milling's best year.
