James Manley (James O. Manley) was born on July 11, 1974 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Huffman (Birmingham, AL), Manley attended Vanderbilt Universtiy. Manley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 1 year career.
