James Harvey (James M. Harvey) was born on November 27, 1965 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After going to high school at Columbia (MS), Harvey attended Jackson State University. Harvey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs for his entire 2 year career.
