James Hamilton (James Samuel Hamilton, Jr.) was born on April 17, 1974 in Hartford, Connecticut. After going to high school at Richmond County (Hamlet, NC), Hamilton attended the University of North Carolina. Hamilton made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played for the Jacksonville Jaguars for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1997 was James Hamilton's best year.
