Jake Kafora (Frank Jacob Kafora) was born on October 16, 1888 in Chicago, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on October 5, 1913 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Kafora played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 2 year career.
