Jake Friedman (Jacob Friedman) was born on February 23, 1896 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. After going to high school at Waterbury (CT), Friedman attended none. Friedman made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Hartford Blues. He played for the Hartford Blues for his entire 1 year career.
