Jake Fawcett

Jake Fawcett (Jacob R. Fawcett) was born on May 29, 1919 in Hillsboro, Texas. After going to high school at Hillsboro (TX), Fawcett attended Southern Methodist University. Fawcett made his professional debut in the NFL in 1942 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the Cleveland Rams, Los Angeles Rams and Brooklyn Dodgers over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1946 was Jake Fawcett's best year.
