Born on May 24, 1977 in Kwangju, South Korea, Jae Weong Seo (Jae Weong Seo) played for the New York Mets, Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Los Angeles Dodgers over the course of his 6 year career. Seo broke into the bigs on July 21, 2002 with the New York Mets, and put up a 3.82 ERA in 188.1 innings pitched in 2003, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Jae Weong Seo's best season was 2003, when he posted a 3.82 ERA and struck out 110 batters.
