Jacoby Shepherd (Jacoby Lamar Shepherd) was born on August 31, 1979 in Lufkin, Texas. After going to high school at Lufkin (TX), Shepherd attended Cloud County CC*, Oklahoma State University and Tyler Junior College. Shepherd made his professional debut in the NFL in 2000 with the St. Louis Rams. He played for the St. Louis Rams and New York Jets over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 2000 was Jacoby Shepherd's best year.
