Jack Wallaesa (John Wallaesa) was born on August 31, 1919 in Easton, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on September 22, 1940 for the Philadelphia Athletics. In 1946, his rookie year, he hit .196 with 5 home runs and 11 RBI. Wallaesa played for the Philadelphia Athletics and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 5 year career.
